Astrid Garden is a luxury apartment complex located in the heart of Prague, offering exceptional experiences for its residents. In 2024, our company had the pleasure of carrying out a range of construction works in this complex. We installed tiles in bathrooms covering an area of 1400 square meters, performed waterproofing, built bathtubs in bathrooms, renovated the old facade of the building, installed tiles on stairs and in elevators, prepared a bicycle washroom in the basement of the building, and plastered walls.
Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is a city with a rich history and dynamic culture. It is known for its numerous attractions such as Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and the Old Town with its astronomical clock.
Below we present a detailed description of the work carried out:
- Construction works:
- Tile installation in bathrooms: We installed tiles in bathrooms covering an area of 1400 square meters.
- Waterproofing: We performed waterproofing to ensure protection against moisture.
- Building bathtubs in bathrooms: We built bathtubs in bathrooms, creating durable and aesthetic solutions.
- Renovation of the old facade of the building: We renovated the old facade of the building, restoring its former glory.
- Tile installation on stairs: We installed tiles on stairs, ensuring durability and aesthetics.
- Tile installation in elevators: We installed tiles in elevators, improving their appearance and functionality.
- Bicycle washroom in the basement of the building: We prepared a bicycle washroom in the basement of the building, providing a convenient place for cleaning bicycles.
- Wall plastering: We plastered walls to ensure a smooth and even surface.
We are proud of our participation in the renovation project of the Astrid Garden apartments in Prague. Thanks to our work, residents can enjoy comfort and safety in one of the most beautiful places in Prague.
