Andaz Prague, by Hyatt

Andaz Prague by Hyatt is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Prague, offering exceptional experiences for its guests. In 2022, our company had the pleasure of carrying out construction work at this hotel, including converting unused attic spaces, plastering walls, leveling floor irregularities, and replacing old windows (approximately 600 windows).

Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, is a city with a rich history and dynamic culture. It is known for its numerous attractions, such as Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, and the Old Town with its astronomical clock. The Hyatt hotel chain, to which Andaz Prague belongs, is renowned worldwide for its luxurious properties and exceptional service. We are proud of this project, especially since it was something new and unique for us. Working in such a prestigious location was a great honor for us.

Below we present a detailed description of the work carried out:

Construction work:

Converting unused attic spaces: We converted unused attic spaces, creating new usable areas.
Plastering walls: We plastered the walls to ensure a smooth and even surface.
Leveling floor irregularities: We leveled floor irregularities to provide a stable and safe substrate.
Chiseling holes for electrical cables: We chiseled holes for electrical cables, enabling the installation of modern electrical systems.
Replacing old windows: We replaced approximately 600 old windows, improving the building's thermal and acoustic insulation.

We are proud of our participation in the renovation project of the Andaz Prague by Hyatt hotel. Thanks to our work, guests can enjoy comfort and safety in one of the most beautiful places in Prague. Working in such a prestigious location was a great honor and valuable experience for us.
